Tens of thousands of service men and women have been injured in the recent war on terror, many of them suffering traumatic brain injuries, amputations, and severe burns, which will retire them from service. Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) provides programs and services, such as benefits counseling, family assistance, internships and much more, to ease their burdens and aid in the transition back to a successful civilian life.
The lady Mohawks are hosting a pre-game dinner with many very special speakers, and dinner. The Dinner will be donated and prepared by Waldron Health and Rehab center and McKay Manor. Tickets for the dinner are $10.00 and the entire proceeds will go to the Wounded Warrior Project. Following the dinner will be the Mohawks taking on the Lady Jets of Hauser in what should be a great conference game. Silent auction begins at 5:30 many sports items and other items donated by local merchants (list of all sponsors will be posted and announced during the event).
Tickets for the dinner are pre-sold only and tickets for the game will be sold at the gate. Call Scott Spahr at 317-512-5033 to order your tickets.
