July Networking Luncheon
Come join us for the July Networking Luncheon!

The Luncheon will be held Wednesday, July 8 from 11:30-1:00 at Rendezvous, 38 East Washington Street . We have a special presentation brought to you by Wade Amos from Indiana American Water. We also have a special display table set up by The Cancer Association of Shelby County to show all the attendees what they have to offer. If you would like to donate items for the Goody Bags for the Chamber Golf outing to be held August 13^th please drop them off at the Chamber office 501 North Harrison Street, Shelbyville, by Wednesday, August 5. We will need a minimum quantity of 160 items.

Chamber offers Ladies Golf and Networking Series

Have you wanted to learn to play golf, feel more comfortable with your swing, or just join a group for some fun and networking? The Shelby County Chamber is presenting a: Divot Divas Ladies Golf and Networking Series. This is the second year for this series. It was a big “hit” with the ladies last year. This is a learning and refresher series for ladies only…if you have never hit a golf ball before or would like to improve, this series is for you!

Divot Divas - Ladies Golf and Networking Series

When: Sessions are scheduled each Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for six weeks

Where: Bear Chase Golf Club with Golf Pro, Scott Larson

Class Agenda:

1) July 16 The Beginning Fundamentals

2) July 23 Full Swing

3) July 30 Wood Play

4) August 6 Chipping and Putting

5) August 20 Review

6) September 3 Scramble

Cost is $125.00 for the series paid in full before July 16 (six lessons); or $25.00 each session paid at the time of the session.

You may attend all or any of the six sessions.

Young Professionals Group
The Shelby County Chamber of Commerce is putting together a committee of devoted young professionals to start up a networking group for all of those young people associated with Shelby County . We just want the young professionals to get together and have a good time.
Our First Networking Night will be July 16th at The Fiddler’s Three from 5:00 - 7:00 pm. We have reserved the patio to enjoy the social atmosphere.
